My strengths for the dance lessons are that I picked up the choreography quickly and remembered it during performances,I also choose to be the leader of my group which made me feel confident
My short term target is to develop co ordination by doing a matmadox exercises every day.
My long term target is to develop flexibility by doing a number of stretches and monitoring how low I can get in the splits each week.
